Menorah symbol is a seven-branched lampstand that was used during the cultic services in the Jewish temple. The sign consists of a central lamp and six branches extending out of it: three branches on both sides. The first golden lampstand was created during the wanderings of Jews in the desert. For centuries, it has been one of the main Jewish symbols. According to the book of Shemot, the Golden Menorah was made during the construction of Mishkan, the Portable Temple. The Menorah necklace reminds of the spiritual light that illuminates the whole universe. The seven branches embody the seven days of creation and correspond to the seven days of the week.
