We ship worldwide from Russia.
The shipping cost is $7. If your order is over $50 then shipping is free (except custom orders).
All orders provided with tracking numbers.
All orders are carefully packed in bubble wrap for safe delivery.

We send your orders within 5 business days. In most cases, we try to send faster.
Usually, it takes 2-3 weeks to arrive, but there may be delays due to the fault of the post services and customs. If there was a delay in delivery please contact us - we'll try to solve this problem with the post service.

If your order didn't arrive after 3 weeks we can offer a re-sending or a full refund. But first you need to inform us about a delay in delivery and if after 3 weeks nothing will change we can make a re-sending or a refund.

Express shipping cost is $50 and takes 3-10 business days to arrive.

We understand that you may have problems with your local customs laws, therefore we send parcels as a private person and mark them as gifts. Also, we specify the cost of goods $15 regardless of the real price. But anyway customs charges and local taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
We don't include any invoices to the parcels, so you can safely make orders for gifts. You can find any orders information on the Site and in email messages sent after ordering.

Refund money

If your order didn't arrive after 3 weeks we can offer a re-sending or a full refund. But first you need to inform us about a delay in delivery and if after 3 weeks nothing will change we can make a re-sending or a refund. Also refund is possible if you received a defective product, see returns for details.

Cancellation

If you want to cancel your order it is possible before shipping (except custom orders), you need to inform us about the cancellation via email or chat. After canceling the order we make a full refund.

Returns

Returns are possible only within 2 weeks after delivery. The receipt date is determined on the basis of information from the tracking code.

Returns are possible in 2 cases:

1) If you received a poor-quality product or the product does not match the description.
In this case, you must contact us via e-mail, describe your problem in the letter and attach photos of the product. If the problem is confirmed, then we can either resend the product to you or refund the full purchase price. If you ordered several products, and only some of them are of poor quality or do not match the description, then we will either refund the purchase price of these products or resend the products to you.

2) If you didn’t like the product due to personal reasons.
In this case, contact us via e-mail, describe your problem in the letter and attach photos of the product if necessary. Then send the product back to us to the following address: Moscow, Russia. The exact address will be given to you in the reply letter. You also must provide us with a tracking code so that we can track your return delivery. The cost of return delivery is covered by you only. After we receive the product, we can either send you another product or refund the full price of the product. If you returned all the products from the order, then we will refund the full purchase price minus the cost of delivery. Please note that shipping costs are deducted from the full purchase price even in case if the initial delivery was free of charge. If you returned only some of the products from the order, and if the initial delivery was free of charge, then we will refund the full price of the product minus the cost of delivery.

The products can be resent to you only after the secondary shipping cost in the amount of $7 is covered. If we weren’t able to receive the product due to your or the shipping service’s fault, we don’t make product or money refunds. The return of goods or money is made only if the returned goods are in mint condition and in the original packaging.

The return of individually made products is possible only if the quality of the goods is poor or if the goods do not match the description.

Refunds are made through the same payment method through which the product was initially paid for.

A return notice must be sent from the same e-mail address to which the order is registered, or you must provide us with information confirming that it was you who purchased the order.

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from symphosymbols.com (the “Site”).

We can collect some of your personal information to fulfill any orders placed through the Site and to provide you with better services. For example, but not limited to this:

We keep your personal information indefinitely time generally. We purge your personal information 10 days after receiving your deletion request via email.
